Your Birchwood Village Maintenance team provides its tenants with prompt, courteous and skilled service technicians. Our team is ready to provide service support 8am - 5 pm Monday to Friday. Please note maintenance is viable one hour earlier than our regular office staff, they are in from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Birchwood Village also provides you with the peace of mind of having emergency support; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
Our full time answering service line ensures your maintenance requirements are always responded to, in an efficient and professional manner.

Maintenance calls are responded to in an order of most urgent first, basis. We make every attempt to reply to your maintenance request within the same day.
It is crucial that you report any urgent repairs immediately, with permission to enter, in order for us to correct the concern promptly, when the tenant is unable to attend during the repair. Some calls may require an appointment date to facilitate the repair.
